VNA Health Systems of Vermont is a network of Vermont's 11 not-for-profit home health agencies and Visiting Nurse Associations. The primary functions of the VNAHS are to develop, implement, and monitor statewide standards of care, measure and monitor quality improvement efforts, and serve as a contracting entity for the member agencies.

The Vermont Assembly of Home Health Agencies is the professional association of the 11 not-for-profit home health agencies in Vermont.

Hospice Council of Vermont

The Hospice and Palliative Care Council of Vermont is the professional association which represents the 14 hospice organizations in Vermont.
